• Participates in multidisciplinary projects for realization of designs;
• Translate process requirements in product design;
• Initiates equipment improvements for higher yield and uptime;
• Initiates cost down reduction of several functions and parts;
• Design improvements and is responsible for the tests to verify the specifications;
• Defines and manages realization of (sub) designs for new development incl. cost down reduction;
• Responsible for the quality of the products.

• A bachelor degree in the technical area;
• Proven experience in mechanical engineering, of production equipment, for more then 10 years;
• Interest in the complete scope of activities from the design- until the manufacturing process;
• Good learning abilities;
• High technical understanding and "hands on" capabilities;
• Knowledge of CAD, Pro-Engineering and PDM Link has a preference;
• Communication skills in Dutch as in English;
• Material knowledge preferable;
• Knowledge of vacuum for depositions chambers preferable;
• Broad interest in technical science.
